Spring/Summer ‘22 fashion week is gone and it’s almost time for Fall/Winter ‘22. Before the Fall/Winter ‘22 fashion week comes I want to share my favorite looks from the Spring/Summer Ready-To-Wear collections. Many of the collections were full of vibrant colors and amazing designs making it hard for me to choose just one look from a collection. Here are looks that will forever live in my head rent free:
If I ever need to go to a red carpet event then this would be the dress that I would wear. I love the colors and the volume in the sleeves.
Prabal Gurung is one of my favorite fashion designers, so finding one of two looks from his SS ‘22 show was hard because I loved all of the looks. The bright and vibrant color scheme for the show was great and this look worn by Quannah Chasinghorse was one of my favorites.
I didn’t know too much about this brand but after seeing the Spring/Summer’22 collection I loved this look. The color blocking of flowers on the bustier over the black voluminous black eyelet frock was of my favorite looks.
Cut-outs are in and this look just helps prove it.
This look by Jonathan Simkhai is another look on this list that I could see myself wearing as an everyday outfit.
Peter Do is one of Zendaya’s favorite designers and after seeing this collection I can see why. This belted blazer look was one of my favorites from the collection.
I was obsessed with Moschino Spring/Summer 2022 collection, from the colors to the overall theme. The matching set worn by Gigi Hadid was my favorite.
Elena Velez is another one of my favorite fashion designers on the list. Her looks are a mix of industrial and minimalism and her brand focuses on sustainability. The ruched sheer skirt and off-the-shoulder top look were both simple and structural.
This Proenza look is something that I could see myself wearing while on vacation on a tropical island. I love the fringe detailing at the bottom of the dress.
This look is something that you can wear every day. I loved the strappy details and the tie-dye print is perfect for the Summer.
This fringe moment by Rodarte is everything. The way the dress sparkles makes it look aesthetically pleasing.
In December Billie Eilish wore an embroidered sheer from Simone Rocha’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection for her SNL appearance. I loved the look, so of course, I had to check out the brand.
Another look by Prabal Gurung that loved during the show. Priyanka Chopra wore this at the Global Citizens event in Paris and I loved the look even more.
I loved every look from Giambattista Valli Spring/Summer 2022 Ready-To-Wear show. The look I loved the most was this flouncy pink dress that had a transparent and full skirt.
