It is important to take time now and then for self-love by practicing self-care. There are many ways to be kind to your mind, body, and soul whether it’s through practicing yoga, journaling, or even just drinking some hot tea. You should always put your well-being first to stay sane.
I put together a list of items that are perfect to add to any wellness routine. From bath bombs to chai tea here are some items to help show yourself a little TLC. And remember self-care comes first.

Namaste. Yoga is the most common practice of relaxation. Its hard to relax and become unstressed when your body is stiff.

Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. Not only does water promote healthy skin it also helps increase your energy and relieves fatigue.

Nothing souns more relaxing than drinking a cup of warm tea. Next to green tea, Chai tea is my favorite and has amazing benefits. Chai tea can improve inflamation in the skin and help boost heart health.

Bath salts are the best way to decrease stress while moisturizing your skin.

If you do not like Bath salts then mabey you would like bath bombs. I am obsessed with bath bombs and Lush has some of the best ones. After a long day bath bombs seem like a great idea. They help hydrate your skin and relax your body.

One of the key ways to starting off your day right is getting enough sleep. Weighted blankets help you sleep you sleep better due t the added pressure from the extra weight.

Sheet mask are like having a spa facial at home. They are easy to apply and help hydrate, moisturize your skin.

Sometimes its hard to keep your thoughts organized so it helps to write them down. Journaling can help you relieve stress, self-reflect, and help inspire creativity.
